Northwood’s Tobacco-Free Coalition

The Northwoods Tobacco-Free Coalition is a tobacco control and prevention coalition serving Oneida, Vilas, Forest, Florence, Price and Lincoln counties.  Together these six counties work to address tobacco related health concerns within the community.

Their main focus areas are on:

  1. Outreach and education to local and state leaders
  2. Addressing the dangers of other tobacco products, such as e-cigarettes
  3. Smoke free air and multi-unit housing
  4. Work with local youth at Rhinelander High School and James Williams Middle School to conduct peer to peer education through the FACT & CHANGE group
  5. WI WINS tobacco compliance check
